We procured a large quantity of cosmetically unsellable HVC-001 Famicom systems. The plastic enclosure of the HVC-001 systems are notoriously yellowed, brittle and damaged. These systems would likely have otherwise ended up in the landfill. While the poor enclosure quality leaves the systems unused, fortunately the CPU and PPU inside remain untouched and fully functional. Not only were we able to give new life to the heart and brain of the NES and Famicom, but the original controllers too. A large portion of the controllers were able to be refurbished with NES cables added. X
